Kitamura / Counselors in @HeartClinic
Mariya Kitamura, MA_currently on leave of absence
When we are troubled, feeling down or even depressed, we tend to look over our strength and abilities, but rather focus on more pessimistic version of self.
In these kinds of situations, we may even start to think that it is impossible to get out of the rut.
Focus is more on negatives, and a story about oneself is constructed through the pessimistic view. At this point, one may feel like being stuck playing in the no-good-self role.
Unfortunately, potentiality and capability to turn the story around is hidden behind the misery often even forgotten.
When you feel as though “Something does not feel right”, “impossible to get out of the situation” and so on, this may be a chance to rediscover your hidden capability and strength to start envisioning enhanced story about yourself.
Through counseling service I look forward to support you to find an opportunity to expand your ability, and regain self confidence.

I believe there are times for all of us in need of readjusting of self. At these points of life, counseling can be support for you.
